"Emotional leadership" training as part of joint cooperation

In the framework of joint cooperation the company «Yuri Pharm» held training or our supervisors and pharmacists on "Emotional Leadership".

At the training it was discussed how to react to unusual situations and how to deal with the "problem" customers. 

Everybody took active part in discussions, expressing his opinion, sharing the experience and giving recommendations to each other.

So with the help of a coach Tatiana were simulated situation, "the seller - the client" and analyzed the behavior of each participant.

At the end of the training everybody passed the test according to author's methodology of diagnosis of emotional intelligence.

Based on the result it was possible to analyze their intrapersonal aspects, as everyone is aware of their feelings and emotions, and is able to control them.
