Glycyrrhizae syrup

The medicinal product has an expectorative effect associated primarily by presence of glycyrrhizin, which enhances secretory function of mucous membranes of upper respiratory passages. It is recommended for adults and children as an expectorant drug for disease treatment of upper respiratory passages accompanied by cough, specifically in case of presence of heavy release, dense and viscous secretion (especially in children and elderly people). It is very important to know, that the Licorice root syrup has a very mild effect.

Liniment consists of three components: tar, xeroform and castor oil. Tar restores tissue blood supply by stimulating nerve-endings presented in skin. Xeroform perfectly dries a wound. Mint tablets shall be used for treatment of the nausea, vomiting onsets, spasms of internal organ smooth muscles, discomfort feeling of bitterness in the mouth.
